From Quotation to Completion with Bridging Experts

- 2. Enter the amount you would like to borrow, the property value and the length of the loan term, click 'Calculate'.
- 3. Enter your contact details and, if you agree to our terms and conditions, click 'Send my quote'.
- 4. You will receive your full bridging quote by email; this includes estimated monthly payments and other fees/charges for the loan.
- 5. A member of our Bridging Experts team will contact you to discuss your quote in more detail and fine-tune the quote if needed.
- 6. We will email you a Decision-in-Principle; this outlines all costs of your proposed loan and the requirements for offer.
- 7. Your dedicated Bridging Experts account manager will be in contact to discuss the Decision-in-Principle.
- 8. Should you wish to proceed with the application your dedicated account manager will complete a full, lender specific application form for you.
- 9. Your account manager will post all documentation for you to complete and request any further information required.
- 10. The property valuation is instructed by Bridging Experts (this can be instructed sooner if quick completion is required). The valuation report is received and reviewed by the lender.
- 11. Your mortgage offer is provided to your solicitor and the legal team instructed.
- 12. Legal work is completed, this includes you signing the mortgage offer and facility letter.
- 13. Your loan completes and funds are released.
